Refund Policy

Refunds/Withdrawals

We recognize that some participants may have to withdraw from Storm Pop Warner for various personal reasons.  No refunds will be issued under any circumstance after August 5th. All refunds are handled on a case by case basis and amounts vary. If withdrawal occurs April 9th through June 11th, the parent must email Cathy@jacksonvillestormfootball.org in order to request the full refund amount. Partial refund of $40 may be issued from June 12th through August 5th and the refund is subject to Board approval. No refund, regardless of the nature, will be given after August 5th. Coaches are not responsible for initiating refund process for a player. Parent or guardian of the player assumes full responsibility for initiating the refund process. All requests must be made via email---refund requests will not be accepted over the phone. Special Note: Junior Midget Division Ages 10-12 (85-135lbs)/older lighter 13 (85-115lbs) years of age-- Note *You can try out for your middle school team but you will NOT be allowed to practice with Jacksonville Storm Pop Warner Football Association during the school try-out period.  This is a National Pop Warner Rule and there are no exceptions! 

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund and any deposit checks to be processed and returned to you by mail.
